All products sold on Palmin Store are digital and delivered electronically via email. Once a product key or digital content has been delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

2. No Returns & No Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

– The product has already been delivered
– An incorrect product was purchased
– The customer failed to read the product description
– Issues related to lack of technical knowledge
– Problems caused by poor internet connection
– Activation issues reported after 15 days
– Password or account-related issues after first access

3. Replacement Policy

If a product key does not work, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

– The issue is reported within 15 days of purchase
– The customer provides a full screenshot showing the error, date, and time

Refunds are not provided in this case; only replacement is offered.

4. Eligible Refunds
